I continue to enjoy seeing this chart evolve over time. Prepared by my brokerage, Royal LePage Signature Realty, it puts the “crazy seller’s market” of 2017 into perspective. The average home price really peaked back then. The market is very tight again, and it is certainly a “seller’s market” right now. How “crazy” will it get?
