In the month of December, low-rise homes experienced double-digit increases (17.7%, 16.6% and 14.1% for detached, semi-detached and townhouse homes, respectively) compared to the same month in the previous year. Condo apartments experienced another month of comparatively lower average home prices, but thankfully only by -2.0%.
