If the predictions are true that home prices in the GTA will be dropping, it hasn’t happened yet. They dropped briefly when the pandemic first hit in March and April, but have been rising ever since. We have surpassed the prices of February, and still trending upwards.

Year-over-year gains in average home prices are in the double-digits again.
