With the recovery of the condo apartment market ever since January, Toronto’s overall average home price has also recovered and surpassed last year’s numbers. From April to May 2021, prices went up 4.0% in Toronto.

Whitby’s average home price has been over $900K since January, and has been up-and-down a bit but is very close to the $1million mark.

Pickering’s average home price was over $1million in February, March and April, and then dipped slightly below that in May.

Ajax isn’t far behind.

Oshawa’s average home price chart seems to be the smoothest of all the others shown here. It has remained just below $780K over the past few months.
