As the condo apartment market recovery has been well underway, so too has the City of Toronto’s average home price, which has been back up over a million dollars for the past couple of months.

The gap in average home prices amongst Toronto, Pickering, Ajax and Whitby got much smaller over the past year, but a bit more space is showing between them again. Oshawa remains the affordable option, from these choices, but even its average home price went up significantly when comparing April 2021 to April 2020, by $261K!
