6. Making an Offer – Buying

When you find a home that you like and want to buy, then I will discuss your options with you, for a realistic offer price and other terms based on current market conditions.

Once you have decided on the terms of your offer, I will draw up the paperwork, go over it with you and then have you sign.

After the offer has been submitted, the seller can choose to either accept the offer, reject it entirely, or submit a counter-offer. The offer might go back-and-forth until both parties agree, or one side decides to end the negotiations.
