This is a great example of how the pandemic has changed the real estate market. Typically, December is a slower month of sales, but people didn’t seem to pay much attention to December this year. They were out buying and selling as if there was nothing else to do…. Hm, well, I guess there wasn’t this time around.

Another month-to-month increase in condo apartment sales is good news for condo apartment owners. Hopefully this trend continues and begins to drive prices back in an upward direction.
