The Importance of Early Activity

As soon as a home comes on the market, there is a flurry of activity surrounding it. This is the crucial time when potential buyers take notice. All buyers currently on the market will notice the new listing.

After the pool of buyers who are currently on the market have taken a look, then the activity typically slows down, because now only new buyers, who are trickling into the market, are going to notice your listing for the first time.

Again, pricing the property correctly from the beginning is important.
